Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Kulture Kode Apparel, every item is made to order. This means your order is created specifically for you after purchase, which helps reduce overproduction and supports a more intentional production process.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Processing time may vary slightly during:


  • high-volume launch periods

  • holidays

  • special promotions

  • unexpected fulfillment delays

Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated shipping times:


  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

These are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor delivery progress.

Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Shipping Delays

Kulture Kode Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by:


  • carriers

  • weather conditions

  • customs processing

  • incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

  • lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

If a package appears delayed, we recommend first checking the tracking link and then contacting the shipping carrier for the most current update.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If the address entered is incorrect and the order has not yet gone into production, we will do our best to update it. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:


  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other country-specific charges may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
